GENERAL INFORMATION

The Cowlitz County Fair opens on Thursday, August 5 and continues through Sunday,

August 8, 2010. The Fair is open on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.;

Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Reservations: Early reservations are encouraged to ensure you first choice

of date and time. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

The deposit will be applied to your final invoice.

Private gathering area: The northwest corner of the Cowlitz County Event Center

(a 120 by 170 foot paved area) will be reserved for your company or organization.

An area of 40 by 100 foot will be covered by an awning.

Unlimited Carnival Ride Wristbands: Funtastic Carnival unlimited ride wristbands

may be purchased at the discounted price of $10.50 each

(advertised price of $23.00).

Final count and payment: The final count and payment for your group event

will be due within 10 days upon invoicing following event .

Payment may be made by check, Visa or Mastercard.

Banner: Upon request, your company or organization banner

will be displayed on the event area and on our 7^th Avenue event entrance fence.

Parking: Unlimited parking passes may be purchased at the discounted price

of $2.00 each (advertised price $4.00 each)

Delivery: Group package tickets, parking passes and ride wristbands

will be hand-delivered to your place of business or organization

at a mutually agreeable appointment time the week of July 26, 2010.
